I have for sale a heat exchanger removed from a 400,000 btu ray pak heater. Will work on them, raypak and Rudd heaters that are 400,000 btu. I replaced this exchanger last September due to the old one rotting out. The pool was closed in October. This year mice got into the heater and ruined the wiring harness. The customer requested we replace the whole heater, so I removed this exchanger. It’s been used less than 2 months and is in excellent condition, pool was a weekly cleaning so chemical balance was always spot on. Only issue with this exchanger is one snapped stud on the rear header. Doesn’t affect the way it seals and it does not leak. Important note: before installing this heat exchanger please ballance your chemicals before hand!! Low ph and alkalinity are known causes of rotting these exchangers out!
