This is an immersion hot water heater, to heat water in hot tubs, livestock tanks. 55 gallon drums, or even pools, Military grade Surplus (means quality/not overseas cheap). This comes with fuel tank (2.2 gallons), burner, and 4. They burn at 35,000 BTU. For those not familiar with them, they are very simple. A steel body submerges the combustion chamber under the level of the water to be heated, fuel drips down from the fuel tank controlled by a valve you use to adjust the fuel rate, it hits a cast iron plate to vaporize it, burns in the circular combustion chamber, then the exhaust goes around and up the exhaust stack. No moving parts while it burns at all, so they are very reliable. Gas, diesel, kerosene, old waste gas, any of these fuels.
