This Rome heat pump is all in working order and has been fully tested and runs great. This unit has a digital screen read out with just three buttons, making it very simple and easy to use. This heater can be ran off of a minimum circuit of 40 A, but 50 A is recommended. The unit is in great condition cosmetically for being an older used heat pump. The fan is very quiet and the compressor kicks on with no issues and it does not Overheat either. This is definitely a pretty solid little heater and is ready to be plumbed in and wired up. Please remember that this is a used heat pump and small parts do fail eventually. I have learned that the main part that fails on these heaters mostly is the pressure switch, which is the part that detects whether the unit has flow or not overall, it looks good and all of the coils around the outside are in near mint condition with no corroding or anything like that.
