Make sure the power is off to the unit (Find the main switch that controls the heater and turn off the power). Unscrew the 4 screws on the control keypad. Take out the control keypad (be careful not to pull too hard). Disconnect the long ribbon cable of the display board. Unscrew these 2 screws and release the short ribbon cable of the control keypad.
