I bought this Hayward UniversalH-Series Natural Gas 400,000 BTU Low NOx from the merchandise return center ofa major online retailer that has an A to Z guarantee. Most items are returnedbecause the wrong item, part, size, color, etc. This heater does not appear to have ever beeninstalled or used. The heat exchanger shows no signs of discoloration from useand the exhaust panels show no signs of discoloration from heat release. I have pictured everything that is included with this Hayward pool heater. Theowners manual is available for download.
