This is used Hayward FDXLHXA1250 Header / manifold Assembly for H250FD Pool Heater. It has the 8 small o’rings (probably should replace them) 8 plastic bushings, & 8 bolts, w sleeves. This part is from a fairly newer heater that I replaced the exchanger on. It does not have the union o’rings. It also has no sensors on it. This is just as I removed it from a working heater.
